WHO WE ARE

Who we are

OMEX is a Jinan (China) based manufacturer of profile CNC drilling and milling equipment: CNC drilling and milling centres, composite fiber-laser machining centres and gantry centres for battery-pack dismantling. We build machines around the workpiece — X-axis stroke, table and magazine are configured to your part length and process, not the other way round.

We coordinate the full cycle for industrial buyers: application assessment, model selection, fixturing design, quotation, delivery, on-site commissioning and after-sales support. Five models cover light-alloy precision work, general steel machining, heavy-duty large-section profiles, and battery-pack tab cutting and milling.

Our goal is a clear, matched proposal — and honest limits. If a profile or process falls outside what our machines do well, we say so before you order.

Application assessmentWe collect workpiece material, section, length, required operations and your current machining method, then confirm machine and fixturing feasibility
Model & fixturing proposalBased on the assessment we recommend a model; stroke, table, magazine and fiber options are fixed to order, followed by a written quotation
Delivery & after-salesOn-site installation, commissioning and operator training (typically 1–2 days); 12-month warranty from acceptance with long-term parts supply
